Meet the Therapist
Hello! My name is Claire, massage therapist and owner of Restore and Grow Bodywork. How I came to be a massage therapist was by my mom who is also a massage therapist. I am a proud second generation in this health and wellness career!

I believe massage therapy and body work goes well beyond physical benefits.
Therapeutic touch impacts the mental and emotional wellbeing of those who experience
this type of bodywork. “Every body” is beautiful, sacred and must be treated with
ongoing love, respect and care. This approach creates the conditions for each of us to
live the most fulfilled life possible.

I engage in my own bodywork and continuing education as a part of my commitment to
wellness. I am an active runner and have participated in numerous fund
raising races and marathons. I love strength training, spending time with my family, and find special joy
with my two cats, Hershey and Baloo, and rescue dog, Bucky. I have a passion for
cross stitch and ongoing travel. My dream destinations are Morocco, Peru and South Korea.

As you may notice, there is an image of a gingko leaf in the Restore and Grow
Bodywork logo. What is inspiring about this magnificent tree is that Gingkos are
one of the oldest known trees in the world. Gingko trees symbolize resilience,
hope, strength, and longevity. As Restore and Grow’s approach and mission,
Gingko represent the spirit of what we stand for: supporting our clients’ wellbeing, mind, body and spirit.
My Approach

I believe massage therapy is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. In my practice, I
provide a variety of techniques, including therapeutic massage, with other tools,
techniques and specialties that include stretching, cupping, blading and prenatal
massage therapy. I collaborate with each client to develop a personalized treatment
plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. Whether you are seeking relief from
chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to reduce stress and improve
your overall well-being, I am here to help you. I endeavor to create a safe space and to
support you on your journey.
Traveling to my clients is also something I am happy to do!
